I'm Elana Miller, and I believe that optimizing mental wellness, not just curing mental illness, should be a part of the practice of psychiatry. I'm a psychiatry resident, writer-in progress and wanna-be entrepreneur and when I'm not working or writing you can find me outdoors (usually with a surfboard or bicycle), obsessively learning as much as possible, or writing hilarious ukulele songs.
